Spicy Salmon

Cook Time: 20 mins
Ingredients/Materials:
Salmon
Your favorite seafood seasoning (mine are above)
Iron Chef Sweet Chili Sauce (I got mine from Wegmans)
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Season salmon to your liking.
2. Cook the salmon skin side down in a pan with olive oil. I used a cast iron pan and went a little heavy on the olive oil so it was kind of fried.
3. When the salmon is almost done, spread the Sweet Chili sauce on it and let it cook.
4. Serve with your favorite vegetable and rice. I like Uncle Benโs Wild Rice or a Yellow Rice.
Notes:
You can add more sauce once the salmon is on your plate.
