Prep Time: 15 mins

Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast tenderloins (whenever I need small pieces of chicken, I get tenderloins and not breasts, easier to cut)

  • Already steamed and seasoned shrimp (or frozen shrimp works fine, just season it)

  • Penne Pasta

  • Cajun Seasoning

  • Lemon Pepper

  • Garlic Powder

  • Olive Oil

  • Fajita mix already sliced (no one has time to cut veggies) onion, green peppers, red peppers

  • 1 Cup of heavy cream (add more if you need more sauce)

  • Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Boil noodles.

2. Season your chicken with Cajun season only (you don’t need any other seasonings).

3. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute your chicken in olive oil until done.

4. Add fajita mix and saute and stir. Reduce heat.

5. Add heavy cream, sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic powder. Heat through. Throw your already steamed and seasoned shrimp in.

6. Add the cooked pasta noodles, toss and heat through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Notes:

  • Taste the flavor before you add the cheese. If you need more seasonings, add more Cajun and lemon pepper to skillet.

  • If you feel like it’s not enough sauce, add more heavy cream.
