Air Fry Chicken Parm

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup seasoned Panko bread crumbs

  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

  • 1 cup pasta sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

 Directions:

1. Preheat air-fryer to 375°.

2. Season chicken to your liking.

3. In a shallow bowl, lightly beat eggs. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with crumb mixture.

4. Place chicken in a single layer on tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until a thermometer reads 165°, 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through. Top chicken with sauce and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted, for an additional 4-5 minutes.

Notes:

·Timing and temperatures vary for different air fryers. Use your best judgement for when chicken is done.
