Ruth Chris Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts

  • Your favorite seasonings for your chicken

  • 2 8oz packages of cream cheese

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheese

  • 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning

  • 2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Paprika for browning the chicken

  • 3 Tbsp butter

 Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and prepare the stuffing. Add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Then add the ranch seasoning and mix everything until thoroughly combined.

2. Now that the filling is prepared, it's time to stuff the chicken breasts. First, slice the chicken breasts lengthwise down the middle and cut it as evenly as possible. Then season your chicken to your liking. Be sure to season all sides.

3. In an aluminum pan, sprinkle olive oil in the pan, place chicken open faced, and begin to stuff the chicken with the mix. Once it’s stuffed, add a toothpick to hold it together.

4. Sprinkle the top of the chicken with paprika, add a scoop of butter to each piece of chicken.

5. Lay chicken on a baking sheet, throw in the oven and bake for 30 mins. Make sure your chicken is done, if not, let it keep cooking.
